Returns Guide

We hope you love your Forme pieces as much as we do. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return:

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    •    All tags must be attached

    •    Items must be returned in the original packaging

Please ensure any items sent back are free from:

    •    Makeup stains

    •    Perfume or deodorant scent

    •    Any signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return:

    1.    Email us at georgia@formecollection.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

    2.    Include your full name, order number, and reason for return.

    3.    Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address. 30 Mostyn Ave BL96NP

Please note:

    •    Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs

    •    We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 working days for processing.
