At Forme, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Times

    •    All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    •    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details if available.

UK Shipping

    •    Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) – £5.99 or Free on orders over £125.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as launches, sales, or holidays.

International Shipping

    •    We currently ship to selected countries outside of the UK.

    •    Delivery costs and times will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

    •    Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by their country.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, customs checks, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Missing or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at georgia@formecollection.com with your order number so we can assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
